The location of the guesthouse was fantastic, with a great view and a convenient walking distance to the nearby bay. The room with a balcony was very nice and had all the necessary amenities. The lady who works there is great and speaks good English. The area has about 10 little bays, each with their own sun loungers and great restaurants behind them. The food in the area was excellent and I didn't have any bad meals during my stay. The beaches were clean and the water was calm, making it a great place for families and kids. it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

The value we got for our money was excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and a short walk to the beach. The staff treated us like family, especially Jani, Eva, and Kostas, who made our stay memorable with their care and attention to our needs.
Only if they could add more breakfast items, it would have been perfect.

The view from our room at John's Guesthouse was absolutely stunning. We had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the town and the sea, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and the town center. It was convenient to explore the area and visit Butrint, a must-see attraction. The staff at John's Guesthouse were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They even provided a delicious breakfast, despite it being off-season and the kitchen being closed. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views, great rooms, and convenient location.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. the location of the guesthouse was also excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us comfortable.
The bathroom in the room was a bit outdated and awkward to use. the shower was not separate, so the entire bathroom would get wet when showering.
